The Links brings you the very best in PGA DFS Picks for DraftKings and FanDuel, or just Fantasy Golf in general.  Hours are spent researching PGA Statistics, Rankings, and picking the best players for both DraftKings and FanDuel, so you can dominate in PGA DFS this week.  This is a weekly article and one of our pieces of cornerstone content to the site.  PGA is basically a 12 month a year sport, and we’ll give you a weekly article to help you dominate.  This week we look at RSM Classic!

Mile High Overview

This is a two course rotation tournament, there is the Seaside course and the Plantation course.  Its tough to really gauge this tourney in full, because we get shotlink/stat data from the Seaside but not from the Plantation.  Over the course of the tournament they’ll play 3 rounds at Seaside, so we’ve graded based on that.  Webb Simpson is going to be massive chalk this week, possibly the highest I’ve ever seen, but he comes with some cheapies like Munoz and Varner who make him affordable enough to roll with this week, and I don’t see much a reason to fade.  He’s definitely in the top 3 of talent in this field.

This will be an abbreviated article this week, as I’m making some changes to our PGA optimizer that I hope to roll out in the next month or so!

Hole in One:

My pick to win this weeks’ Masters

Russell Henley

Most people will pick Simpson this week, and rightfully so, as mentioned above, Simpson is the clear favorite this week.  Here’s the golf, the clear favorites very rarely win…and we just had the clear favorite win last week.  So lets root for some chaos this week right.  Not fully, Henley has been playing rock solid golf for months now, and is rested since he wasn’t in the Masters field last week unlike Simpson.  Munoz, Hatton, and Im also catch my attention on the expensive end…this thing is truly wide open.  Henley is used to being a force on this course(s), and he ranks 1st in DKP scored on the Seaside course over the last 12 rounds.

Best of the 10k+ Range on DraftKings PGA.

Webb Simpson / Sungjae Im / Tyrell Hatton

  • Talked about Simpson alot in the past, it all applies here, he’s as solid and stable as they come in PGA DFS.  He’s a great pick for this weekends RSM, and someone you need to get close to the field on at least. There could be an edge if he bombs and he’s that high owned, but I just don’t see that bomb coming.
  • Im would have probably won the Masters 9/10 times last week if Dustin Johnson didn’t exist.  Dustin of course broke the all time scoring record at the Masters with a -20 performance to take the green jacket…Im was right there though, playing spectacular golf, I expect that to continue this weekend at the RSM Classic.
  • Tyrell Hatton flat out sucked last week at the Masters, I’m really not sure what to make of it.  But I know he’s as talented as anyone in this field, and I’m not going to call a full on slump yet, so lets expect a bounce back from a guy who’s near the top in the field in approach and tee to green game.

Best of the 9-10k Range on DraftKings PGA.

Joaquin Niemann / Louis Oosthuizen / Sebastian Munoz

  • Niemann competes very well whenever and where ever he plays, and I expect this weekend to be no different really.  My lone concern with him is coming back from COVID.
  • Louis played well again last week at Augusta, he’s never sexy as a pick, he never excites, but he typically performs very well.
  • Sebastian Munoz is arguably the hottest golfer not named Dustin Johnson right now, he flirted with a top 5 last week at the Masters.  He’s a real threat to win this thing.

Best of the 8-9k Range on DraftKings PGA.

Dylan Fritelli / Corey Conners / Justin Rose / Doc Redman / Kevin Kisner

Best of the 7-8k Range on DraftKings PGA.

Harold Varner / Sepp Straka / Denny McCarthy / Joel Dahmen
